um this is for the admins i waunted to know where this site was found im trying toi start a fourm (just for practic) and i can't figure out how to make the stupid site work its all these css codes and i can't find the time to understand how to use them so can the people that made this site please help...............

If you have time for creating a forum, you must have time to understand how to do it. Or you can choose some site that will create and host the forum for you.

but i already have it started as i said before I started it but i don't really have the time to work on it except for on the weekends...............i need help in how to change the banner and skin on the fourm
