Shounen Bat! The mysterious criminal that rollerskates around attacking people at night... just what is he?

The story starts with Sagi Tsukiko, a popular designer of cute mascot characters, and the hassle she's put through after she's attacked at night by Shounen Bat. The police want to know if she can remember anything about the incident, the people at work think she's just faking it so she doesn't have to come through on her deadline, and there's some weird detective-type guy following her around, asking her all sorts of questions... did she really see this boy? There are some other clues, some other strange happenings, and then... there's a second victim attacked by Shounen Bat
