I don't know where you live, but here in Latvia there is this really good shop called Tiimarii, you can buy lots of good and really cheap colours there... I guess all you have to do is search for such shop in your country ![]() Hmm.. Yeah, PS is quite hard to colour in... I suggest you to try more simple, but definetly not less efective, program called Corel Photo Paint. It's very easy to learn in.
