Anotācija: The “Fire Ball” story is based on “Journey to the West”, a Chinese myth of adventure and fantasy that is very popular in every corner of Asia . This script is an excerpt of the most interesting part of the myth and has been rewritten into an animated feature film for today's market.

The story is about the Chinese monk called Tripitaka who leads his fairy animal neophytes – Monkey, Pigsy, Sandy and Horse – on a long journey to India in search of the “Book of Wisdom and Truth”. Along the journey they come to a place constantly in flames called Flame Mountain . Our heroes intend to put out the fire with the Princess's mighty fan. However, Redhead ambushes them and Spider kidnaps the Tripitaka, because they both want to obtain immortality by drinking a potion made with Tripitaka's cremated bones. But our heroes survive as a result of their courage, wisdom and strength.

Nu pēc skrīnšotiem izskatās disnejizēts gabals bērniem, bet tomēr gribas iečekot, uz ko Taivānā ir spējīgi multiplikatori.

Noskatījos.
Ļoti laba animācija. Sižets vairāk bērniem domāts, tomēr jāatzīst ka bija šādas tādas pozitīvas lietas arī stāstā.

Lai gan bildēs filma izskatījās disnejiska, dabā viņa tāda nav, ir daudz interesantas detaļas, ko holivudas filmās neredzēsi.

Kopumā gan radīja nepabeigtības, sasteigtības iespaidu.
