> Jauni pavedieni

Cienījamie, pirms aizsākat jaunu tēmu par kādu seriālu vai filmu, pārbaudiet, vai tāds pavediens jau nav izveidots. To var izdarīt vai nu šeit vai arī izmantojot meklēšanu.

Anime Shut Out Again
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The 32nd Annual Annie Awards have been announced, and for the second year in a row, despite numerous nominations, no Annies were presented awarded to anime productions.

Ghost In The Shell 2: Innocence itself had been nominated for 1 award, and its staff nominate for 3 awards.
Best Animated Feature
Directing in an Animated Feature Production - Mamoru Oshii
Animated Effects - Hisashi Ezura
Music in an Animated Feature Production - Kenji Kawai

Yoko Kanno has been nominated for "Music in an Animated Television Production" for her work on the Wolf's Rain soundtrack.

Last year, the closest thing to an anime winning an award was The Animatrix, which won the award for Outstanding Achievement in an Animated Home Entertainment Production. Like Innocence this year, Millennium Actress had been nominated for Best Animated Feature and its staff had been nominated for 3 individual awards.

Last time an Anime won an Annie was in 2003, when Spirited Away won in every category it was nominated in, Outstanding Achievement in an Animated Theatrical Feature, Directing in an Animated Feature Production (Hayao Miyazaki), Music in an Animated Feature Production (Joe Hisaichi) and Writing in an Animated Feature Production (Hayao Miyazaki).
